Energised seals, also known as ‘positively charged’ seals, are a type of high-performance and versatile sealing system for various industrial applications. Unlike traditional seals, which rely on compression force for sealing, energised seals utilise the action of an internal spring to increase the sealing force in proportion to the pressure applied.
