ESA Production is organized with  separate departments that operate independently. This flexible system creates micro production lines that are not affected by the workloads of adjacent lines, therefore avoiding chronic delays on the production of all seals.

This approach allows us to manage emergencies by modifying the work cycle of the single affected machine without changing the planning of the entire production chain.
